DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Manager to provide strategic HR counsel to leaders across distribution centers and regional offices nationwide. The role emphasizes building strong relationships, leading a capable HR team, and driving the people strategy in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The position entails partnering with senior management, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a high-engagement workplace across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent 4 years work experience.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major HR functions.
• Capability to build interpersonal relationships at all levels.
• Experience partnering with senior management required.
• Knowledge of HR metrics and HR systems preferred.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices preferred.
• Experience leading deployment of organizational change preferred.
• Experience with conflict resolution, investigations, data analytics, trainings, onboarding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel to business leaders and HR advisory services.
• Lead a team delivering full life-cycle HR support.
• Collaborate with leaders to embed people strategy into business goals.
• Monitor employee engagement and coach associates at all levels.
