Target is seeking a Senior Human Resource Specialist to enable HR operations and deliver consistent HR processes and tools. You will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to support staffing, onboarding, and compliance while ensuring a positive team member experience.

The role focuses on workforce routines, training completion, and providing operational HR services across distribution centers within Target's global supply chain network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• Proficient in Word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
