Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Human Resource Specialist to enable the HR operating model by delivering consistent HR processes, routines, and tools. You will partner with site leadership and HR teams to ensure accurate, efficient services and a strong team member experience.

You will handle onboarding, workforce routines, training recordkeeping and day-to-day HR tasks, supporting staffing and compliance while maintaining confidentiality and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, computer systems (Excel, Word, O365).
• Strong customer/client service skills and ability to communicate with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR services with accuracy, consistency and care for the team.
• Onboarding, workforce routines, and recordkeeping of required training.
• Staffing, onboarding and HR process execution with external candidates or vendors.
