Job summary

Target is looking for a Senior Human Resource Specialist in the Distribution and Receive Centers space. You will enable the HR operating model and drive consistent HR processes, onboarding, staffing, retention, and compliance in collaboration with site leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will provide day-to-day HR services with accuracy, support organizational change, and ensure timely recordkeeping while upholding Target’s values and delivering a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and organized, with good multitasking ability.
