Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Sr. HR Representative to provide strategic HR guidance to leadership across distribution centers and regional offices nationwide.

You will partner with senior leaders, influence business decisions, and drive HR initiatives to improve workplace culture and performance. The role requires strong collaboration, adherence to policies, and expertise in investigations, compliance, onboarding, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent 4 years work experience.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior management and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on people-related matters.
• Advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates.
• Drive initiatives to improve site climate and culture.
• Manage internal investigations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations, policies, and laws.
