Job summary

Amazon in Irving, TX is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large population of hourly employees and business leaders. You will partner with leaders to deliver talent management, employee engagement, and process improvements using data-driven insights and HR metrics to drive business impact.

You may lead a team of entry-level HR staff and own projects that enhance the employee experience, with a focus on equity, inclusion, and high-touch service onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management
