Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide generalist HR support to a large hourly population and business leaders. You will partner to deliver onboarding, talent management, and engagement initiatives while leveraging data-driven metrics.

You may lead entry-level HR staff and own projects impacting the business and HR team, using AI-enabled tools to improve user experience and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• 2+ years of HR or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and ensuring policy alignment while maintaining compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive proactive HR initiatives at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
