Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting leaders across diverse people matters.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, and coaching for managers.
• Working knowledge of employment practices, HR policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with HR technology and quickly learning new systems/tools.
• Experience with training, leadership development, workforce planning, talent management, recruiting, or people analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders across BELAY on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning.
• Coach leaders through difficult conversations, feedback, and performance processes.
• Assist investigations and employee relations matters with Director of HR and HR Generalist.
• Support organizational structure discussions, succession planning, and team effectiveness initiatives.
• Support compensation and organizational development initiatives and manager training.
• Conduct stay interviews, check-ins, and exit interviews to identify trends and opportunities.
