Job summary

BELAY - Corporate seeks an HR Business Partner aligned to the Human Resources team. You will act as a strategic partner to leaders, guiding employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and leadership development.

You will collaborate with executives to strengthen team capability, drive engagement, and ensure HR programs support BELAY's business objectives in a remote, nationwide environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/business field.
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching.
• Working knowledge of HR policies and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with HR technology and learning new systems quickly.
• Experience with training, workforce planning, recruiting, or people analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations and performance concerns.
• Coach leaders through difficult conversations, feedback, and performance processes.
• Support investigations and employee relations matters with HR leadership.
• Assist leaders with conflict resolution and change initiatives.
