Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals. This remote role serves leaders across the organization, guiding workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, manage performance cycles, coaching managers, and support organizational growth while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and business acumen.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Hands-on experience across employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
• Experience partnering with leaders and recruiters.
• Strong business acumen, judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted people partner to leaders across assigned groups.
• Anticipate workforce needs and strengthen manager capability.
• Support hiring decisions and onboarding.
• Coach managers on interviewing, performance and development.
• Lead workforce planning and succession discussions.
• Ensure HR programs are implemented effectively and compliant.
