Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in HR or related field required.
• 7+ years in HR leadership, remote management experience.
• Proven ability to develop HR policies and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of labor legislation (SA) and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience with HR technology and remote work tools.

Responsibilities
