Job summary

Engage PEO is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to deliver HR services and advise on HR matters across a group of client companies. The role partners with HR Services and Account Management to ensure a high-quality client experience under the Expect More service model.

Requirements include 8–10 years HR experience, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and strong communication skills. Remote-friendly role with an emphasis on strategic HR leadership and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years HR experience; PEO/HRO preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and change-management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR services per SOPs and legal requirements.
• Serve as strategic advisor to client contacts on HR matters.
• Collaborate with exec leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Guide clients on design, succession planning, and compensation philosophy.
• Address employee relations issues with client management.
• Assist with workplace investigations and compliant documentation.
• Provide guidance on recruiting processes and candidate selection.
• Develop training programs for managers and employees.
• Create customized job descriptions, handbooks, and policies.
