Goodwill Central Texas is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to align people strategy with business goals and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership across the organization.

In this full‑time, on‑site role in Austin, TX, you will coach managers on HR policies, handle employee relations, lead performance management, and drive engagement and development programs while ensuring legal compliance and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required
• PHR certification is a plus
• Experience as HRBP or similar strategic HR role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and metrics

Responsabilités

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Coach managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
• Lead efforts in employee engagement, retention, and career development.
• Support training and development programs by identifying needs and coordinating learning opportunities.
