Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner with 5-7 years of HR experience to partner with leadership across business units in the South Central US. The role focuses on people strategy, aligning HR initiatives with business goals, and delivering insights that drive performance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on strategic HRBP.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Advise leadership and act as a trusted HR partner across the organization.
• Lead talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance and mitigate risk across HR programs.
• Partner with COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Support merger and acquisition activities as needed.
