You will collaborate with line leaders on organization design, performance, and workforce planning while promoting a positive culture aligned with Goodwill values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field preferred.
• Four or more years of Human Resources Business Partner or Generalist experience.
• Customer focused with strong communication; partner to internal clients.
• Ability to interpret labor market trends and analyze data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership and staff on HR policies, employee relations and performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC).
• Manage unemployment claims and represent the company at hearings.
• Support talent management, training and succession planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders on organization design and restructurings.
• Partner with HR in benefits, compensation, and rewards programs.
