Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Human Resources, Business or related field
• 1 year experience or internship in an entry level human resources position

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of People Department in all matters and transactions.
• Primarily serves as the point of contact for general phone and e-mail inquiries, resolving or escalating inquiries.
• Participates in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, investigations, corrective discipline, and terminations as directed.
• Assists with investigations and employee relations issues through resolution, including unemployment and EEOC claims.
• Aids in department projects, audits, reports, and presentations; analyzes policies and recommends updates.
