The role involves designing scalable HR solutions, providing strategic partnership and coaching, and using data to drive action. You will collaborate with Recruiting, L&D, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs to scale the business and support talent development.

Qualifications

12+ years of HRBP or equivalent experience.
Experience scaling global or matrixed organizations.
Strong judgment and risk assessment.
Consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
Effective communication and critical thinking.
Empathy and community-building experience.
Project and change management experience.
Experience using data to drive action.
Thrives in changing environments and builds cross-team relationships.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver scalable HR solutions for growth and change management.
Provide strategic HR partnership and coaching at all levels.
Assess organization needs and implement solutions.
Provide data analysis and reporting based on business needs.
Drive talent management and development plans.
Manage Performance Summary Cycle and employee engagement surveys.
Partner with Recruiting, L&D, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to scale the business.
Collaborate with regional HR partners on global strategy.
Support employee relations issues as needed.
Design and facilitate team and offsite meetings.
Lead projects as part of the HR community.
