Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of HR experience.
• Broad HR expertise including employee relations, talent acquisition, development, workforce planning and compliance.
• Proven credibility with leaders and ability to align HR with business needs.
• Strong business acumen, judgment, and analytical thinking.

Responsabilités

• Advise and coach leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent, performance, employee relations, workforce planning, compensation, and change.
• Participate in senior staff discussions to identify people implications of business strategies.
• Diagnose complex workforce challenges using data, trends, and root causes.
• Develop practical HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Guide leaders through performance management, coaching, career development, and sensitive employment matters.
• Conduct objective employee-relations investigations and support compliance with laws.
• Contribute to enterprise HR programs, policies, and projects, representing business needs.
• Build partnerships across HR to deliver integrated, value-added solutions.
