Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking an experienced HR advisor to partner with leaders in aligning business objectives with HR strategies. This role blends hands-on and strategic work across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and development.

The candidate will provide expertise in compensation, organizational design, retention and coaching, delivering data-driven insight to guide decisions while maintaining a fair, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in talent management and employee relations.
• Banking or financial services experience strongly preferred.
• PHR or SHRM certification strongly preferred.
• Advanced HR knowledge including organizational design and consulting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders to elevate people strategies and provide strategic HR support.
• Own compensation, organizational structures, retention planning.
• Drive change through data-based insights and HR initiatives.
• Design efficient organization structures aligned to business strategy.
• Manage talent development programs including succession planning.
• Coach leaders on policy, conflict resolution, and change management.
• Collaborate with HR to deploy programs and ensure compliance.
