Trusted Fraternal Life is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to advise leaders and transform people priorities into practical solutions. You will work across employee relations, performance management, talent, and organizational change, partnering closely with leaders and HR colleagues.

This role emphasizes judgment, credibility and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering results in a lean People function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HRBP or senior generalist experience.
• Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, coaching and workforce practices.
• Ability to navigate complex or sensitive people matters with sound judgment.
• Strong business acumen to translate priorities into practical HR solutions.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Analytical with comfort using HR data and technology; HRIS experience preferred.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a lean environment; SHRM-CP/PHR/SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with leaders and understand their business, workforce priorities and challenges.
• Coach and advise leaders on organizational and people matters, strengthening leadership accountability.
• Serve as a primary resource for employee relations, performance management and workplace concerns.
• Partner with leaders on talent and succession needs and translate priorities into actions.
• Support organizational change and evolving ways of working, aiding transitions.
• Leverage feedback and data to strengthen engagement and associate experience.
• Collaborate across People to ensure consistent HR practices.
