Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an ESBP Director to partner with senior HR and People leaders shaping the future of Salesforce’s workforce.

You will act as a trusted advisor to VP+ level clients across ESBP, Workforce Transformation, Agentic Talent Experience, and HR COEs. Your role includes strategic HR-for-HR partnership, leadership coaching, and policy guidance, with accountability for talent cycles and data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an HR/ES Business Partner or similar strategic role.
• Proven track record supporting executive-level clients.
• Fluency with business and tech implications of AI in the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR-for-HR partnership with senior leaders to shape organizational strategy, business transformation, and AI integration.
• Leadership advisory and coaching to ES leadership teams, fostering trust and alignment with core values.
• Operational excellence across succession planning, merit/compensation reviews, and workforce planning.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and HR COEs to align global strategy with local needs.
• Analytics & impact measurement linking engagement data to revenue per employee and retention risk.
• Global policy advocacy on data sovereignty and talent development in international contexts.
