This role sits as a trusted advisor to VP+ executives, shaping talent strategies, leadership development, and AI-driven workforce initiatives in a Seattle-area setting. You will lead cross-functional efforts on succession planning, merit reviews, and workforce planning, while measuring impact with data.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an HR/ES Business Partner or similar strategic talent advisory role.
• Curiosity for how business operates and impact of AI on the workforce.
• Experience leading large-scale transformations with formal change management.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and connect people metrics to business outcomes.
• Strong ability to build high-trust, cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR-for-HR partnership with senior leaders to shape organizational strategy and AI integration.
• Leadership advisory and coaching to ES leadership to improve engagement and retention.
• Lead talent cycles including succession planning, merit reviews, and workforce planning.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and HR COEs to align global strategy with local needs.
• Use data-driven insights to monitor organizational health and tie engagement to business metrics.
• Stay ahead of international data policies and advise on data sovereignty and talent mobility.
