Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Strategic ESBP Director to partner with senior HR leaders across ESBP, Workforce Transformation, and HR COEs. You will shape organizational strategy, lead executive hiring strategies, and drive AI/Agent integration within the Employee Success organization.

You will advise at VP+ levels, manage talent cycles, succession planning, compensation reviews, and workforce planning, while collaborating with Legal, Finance, and HR COEs to align global strategy with local needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR/ES business partner experience.
• Experience coaching senior leaders and advising executives.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformations.
• Strong analytical skills linking people data to outcomes.
• Evidence of cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience aligned with values and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR-for-HR partnership with senior leaders to shape organizational strategy and AI/Agent integration.
• Leadership advisory and coaching to ES leadership teams using values-aligned approaches.
• Operational excellence in talent cycles, succession planning, merit and compensation reviews.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Finance, and HR COEs to align global strategy with local needs.
• Analytics and impact measurement using engagement data to drive business outcomes.
• Global policy awareness on data sovereignty and regional talent development.
