Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large population of hourly employees and business leaders in Easton, PA. The role focuses on talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence, partnering with leaders to drive initiatives and using data-driven insights to improve the employee experience.

This onsite position requires coaching on performance management, building inclusive teams, and adopting HR technology/AI tools to enhance service

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

Improve site effectiveness by addressing root causes and ensuring fair policy application.
Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements.
Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
Coach leaders on people management practices and performance feedback.
Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices.
Drive adoption of HR tech and AI to improve user experience.
