Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to serve as a strategic partner on the NACF PXT team, aligning leadership, centralized support, and systems to deliver high-quality employee experiences.

You will lead a diverse HR team, drive culture transformation, and leverage analytics and AI to inform senior leadership decisions. The role emphasizes balancing tactical execution with strategic insight, partnering with business leaders on talent strategies, and ensuring rigorous risk

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Knowledge of local labor law.
Experience as a human resource generalist.
Experience with HR theory, functions, and practice.
Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
Experience with MS Office tools and HRIS.
