Job summary

Spectra Logic Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a hybrid role based in Boulder, Colorado. This hands-on role supports managers with design, compensation, performance, and employee relations, including investigations and offboarding.

You will partner with leaders across engineering, product, sales, and corporate functions, ensuring policy translation, manager training, and international HR compliance where needed.

Qualifications

• At least five years of progressive human resources experience, including HRBP responsibilities.
• Experience supporting engineering, product, or sales functions is preferred.
• Strong ability to coach managers and hold leaders accountable.
• Judgment to escalate to executives when needed.
• Experience with compensation decisions and talent reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on organizational design, salary recommendations, promotions, and transfers.
• Coach on leadership expectations, performance, discipline, and employee relations.
• Conduct workplace investigations and carry matters through resolution.
• Lead involuntary offboarding processes with planning and coordination.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and manager training.
• Translate policy into manager actions and escalate risks to HR leadership.
• Support international HR requirements with internal and external resources.
• Maintain HR SharePoint and respond to HR inquiries.
• Collaborate across HR and cross-functional teams to implement processes.
