Uplight in Boulder, CO is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to drive people strategy for high-growth tech teams anchored at our Boulder HQ, with a hybrid schedule.

You will partner with leadership to design org structures, manage change, and align compensation, succession, and performance programs with business goals. The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, data-driven insights, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to support scalable growth.

Qualificações

• 5+ years as a People Business Partner in high-growth tech environments.
• Experience supporting remote or global teams (familiarity with India a strong plus).
• Broad foundation across compensation practices, org design, employee relations, and employment laws.
• Pragmatic problem-solving with the ability to translate policies into clear business practices.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; able to navigate sensitive conversations.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business outcomes by understanding assigned units and building tailored people strategies.
• Lead org design, cultural initiatives, and change management for scale.
• Turn HR metrics and feedback into practical solutions with leaders and the People Team.
• Own end-to-end programs for workforce planning, compensation, succession, and performance management.
• Advise on complex employee issues and continuously improve playbooks to reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and stakeholders to align everyone.
