Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP V) for a 12-month contract in a hybrid setup. You will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategy with business priorities and driving organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP/strategic HR roles.
Direct experience partnering with VP- and/or SVP-level executives in a tech-like environment.
Experience supporting engineering, product, research, infrastructure, or core business functions.
Deep expertise in organizational design, talent management, change management, or workforce planning.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior executives to translate business priorities into people strategies.
Lead workforce planning and organizational design aligned with business strategy.
Coach leaders on talent development and building high-performing teams.
Support change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Interpret employee feedback to identify trends and opportunities and drive actions.
Mentor other HR business partners and promote best HR practices.
