Job summary

VertexLogic Systems in Seattle, WA is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with executive leadership and align talent strategy with organizational goals. You will advise on organizational design, performance management, employee engagement, and talent retention.

You will collaborate with department leaders to drive talent strategy, manage complex employee relations, lead performance reviews and leadership development, and analyze workforce metrics to inform HR solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HRBP role.
• Solid understanding of US federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Strong conflict-resolution, active listening, and change-management skills.
• Experience supporting remote or hybrid workforces in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to drive talent strategy, succession planning, and org design.
• Manage complex employee relations issues with empathy, discretion, and compliance.
• Lead performance review processes, manager training, and leadership development programs.
• Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable HR solutions.
