Colorado Access, a mission-driven health services provider in the Denver metro area, seeks a Manager of Talent and Human Resources to shape our people strategy and support our mission.

You will lead an HR team, drive recruitment, policy interpretation, and performance management while partnering with leaders to align workforce strategies with organizational priorities. This hybrid role reflects our commitment to work-life balance and community service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may substitute.
• Seven+ years HR experience with investigations, performance management, policy, compliance, and leave.
• Experience in regulated healthcare, nonprofit, or insurance settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches, and develops HR staff; sets priorities and evaluates performance.
• Oversees recruitment and onboarding, staffing plans, and policy adherence.
• Advises managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, and staffing decisions.
• Coordinates leave, accommodations, and workers’ compensation processes as needed.
• Supports compensation practices and workforce planning initiatives.
