Job summary

This individual contributor role collaborates with operations leadership to align people strategies with business goals. You will advise leaders on employee relations, talent development, compensation, DEI, leave administration, and performance management, while driving change in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in a large operations environment.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to align people and org development with business strategy.
• Act as trusted advisor to leaders, coaching and guiding across all levels.
• Manage change and lead complex projects; drive organizational effectiveness.
• Use metrics and data to improve management effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Oversee talent management, succession readiness, and development planning.
