Ingram Micro is seeking a Director of Human Resources to serve as the senior HR leader for the Go-to-Market Vendor Organization. You will partner with executives to shape strategy, lead organizational transformation, and drive performance through people initiatives across a complex, matrixed environment.

You will manage a team of HR Partners and Generalists, delivering strategic HR support while balancing business objectives with employee experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
• Senior HRBP, HR Director, or equivalent advisor to executives
• Experience leading organizational design, transformation, workforce planning, talent strategy, change mgmt
• Experience leading and developing HR teams
• Strong background in employee relations, leadership coaching, and performance mgmt

Responsabilités

• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and restructuring initiatives to support growth and operational effectiveness
• Drive people strategy for transformations, integrations, and organizational change
• Assess organizational health and implement solutions to improve leadership effectiveness and accountability
• Own talent strategy including succession planning and leadership development
• Lead HR team of Business Partners and Generalists to deliver trusted advisory services
