The role leverages talent intelligence, succession planning, and analytics to enable business strategy and transformation, driving engagement and high performance while navigating change and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, organizational development, or related HR disciplines.
• Experience designing and implementing talent strategies, succession planning, leadership development programs, and talent review processes.
• Experience supporting organizational transformation, culture change, and workforce capability development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify current and future capability requirements and develop talent and organizational strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Strengthen leadership pipelines by leading processes such as talent assessments, succession planning, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Design and deliver leadership development solutions that improve strategic thinking, people leadership, and business acumen.
• Support organization effectiveness initiatives including operating model evolution and organizational design projects.
• Translate talent data into practical recommendations and communicate impact to leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead employee engagement surveys and drive action planning to strengthen engagement and inclusion.
