Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management and organizational development.
- Experience designing talent strategies, succession planning, and leadership programs.
- Experience leading organizational transformation and culture change.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead talent processes including succession planning, leadership assessments, and development planning.
- Develop strategies aligning leadership capability with business priorities.
- Strengthen workforce readiness and organizational health across regions.
- Drive analytics to inform workforce decisions and leadership effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven coaching and executive facilitation to leaders.
