ADP in the United States is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). You will close sales within a defined territory, participate in our training program, and join a team that serves new and existing clients with high-quality HR solutions.

Daily you will engage HR leaders and executives, set appointments, qualify needs, and present ADP offerings that improve hires, benefits, and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience.
• Military experience is valued; veterans welcome.
• College degree is not required; relevant experience accepted.

• Grow Our Business Within a defined, protected territory and close sales to hit goals.
• Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients by presenting the right solutions.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family and cross-sell within existing accounts.
