Job summary

Belmont Point Management, LLC, a Maryland-based consulting firm, is seeking an HR Operations Manager to oversee daily HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee records. The role partners with the Head of HR, hiring managers, and the HR Generalist to ensure smooth HR operations.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of HR experience, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 5 years of HR experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to other company locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manages recruiting activities: requisitions, postings, sourcing, ATS, candidate communication, phone screens, interview coordination, and disposition.
• Acts as the point of contact for requisitions and candidates, working with hiring managers throughout the process.
• Maintains ATS, candidate records, recruiting metrics, and compliance requirements.
• Reviews applications, evaluates work history, education, training, and qualifications.
• Maintains and provides recruiting and interview training to hiring managers.
• Maintains talent pipelines and supports recruiting through job boards, referrals, and events.
• Coordinates onboarding activities with support from HR team.
• Ensures 30/90-day onboarding follow-ups to assess the experience.
• Manages benefits enrollment, life events, and inquiries; reviews benefit invoices.
• Prepares HR payroll files and communicates changes to Accounting.
• Maintains payroll folders and secure employee records.
• Processes salary changes, promotions, and role transitions.
• Ensures accurate employee records and confidentiality.
