The role focuses on daily HR operations, benefits administration, HRIS, records management, and compliance, delivering high‑quality service to employees and the HR Manager. The candidate will manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain files, and support multi-site coordination in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Experience in multiple HR disciplines: benefits, HRIS, onboarding, recruiting, compliance, payroll coordination.
• Experience with HRIS (e.g., ADP Workforce Now) and handling invoices/payments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions on HR policies, benefits, and documentation.
• Provide exceptional, confidential customer service and assist with HR forms and onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee files, HRIS data, and audit-ready records.
• Administer and communicate employee benefit programs and changes.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and employment requirements.
