Job summary

Sprezzatura in Arlington, VA, seeks a Human Resources Operations Manager for a hybrid role overseeing benefits, HRIS, policies, onboarding, and compliance. You will partner with leadership to drive efficient, compliant HR processes and employee-centric experiences.

The role requires strong knowledge of employment law, ADP/HRIS experience, and 8+ years in HR with 3+ years in management, in a government contracting environment. Excellent organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 8+ years of HR experience including government contracting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS implementation and ADP preferred.
• Experienced in benefits administration and management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department responsibilities and lead direct reports.
• Benefits Administration & Management: administer and manage employee benefit programs and vendor relations.
• HRIS Maintenance & Optimization: maintain HRIS data accuracy and drive system enhancements.
• Policy & Procedure Development: develop and communicate HR policies and employee handbook.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: oversee onboarding and exit processes for compliance.
• Reporting & Compliance: prepare HR reports and monitor regulatory changes.
• HR Process Improvement: identify automation opportunities and partner with leaders.
• Ad hoc projects as needed.
