Job summary

Primary Care Solutions is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and records management. You will ensure compliant HR processes across a multi-site organization and support the HR team with data-driven improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 3–5 years of HR experience, with strong confidentiality and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Prior lead, coordinator, or managerial experience preferred.
• Experience administering HR systems, employee engagement platforms, and workforce reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily HR employee support services and HR administrative activities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions benefits, leave programs, and HR processes.
• Ensure HR processes and practices are applied consistently throughout the organization.
• Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance HR operations.
• Provide guidance and support to HR team members as assigned.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation activities and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and personnel files per regulations.
• Monitor data accuracy and confidentiality across HR systems.
• Provide user support and training for HR technology platforms.
• Compile, analyze, and distribute HR metrics and reports.
• Coordinate benefits communications and enrollments.
• Draft, revise, and maintain HR policies and documentation.
• Support investigations, employee relations, and corrective actions.
• Develop and distribute employee communications related to HR programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate training and compliance education.
• Assist with audits and compliance activities.
