Formación

• Must be 18 years or older to apply for this position.
• Background check via ADP Selective Screening Services and any other required checks.
• Associates degree in HR, business management or related field.
• 2+ years experience in HR.
• Physical ability to work on a computer, use electronic systems, and lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage HR processes for assigned locations (pre-hire, onboarding, benefits, compensation, job descriptions, performance management).
• Support leadership with policy/HR laws/regulations and ensure consistent HR policy application.
• Partner with leadership on talent strategy, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Oversee onboarding and organize training and development initiatives.
• Maintain HR records in HRIS and ensure proper document control.
