Responsibilities

• Manage HR processes for assigned locations (pre-hire, onboarding, benefits, compensation, job descriptions, performance management).
• Support leadership with policy/HR laws/regulations and ensure consistent HR policy application.
• Partner with leadership on talent strategy, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Oversee onboarding and organize training and development initiatives.
• Maintain HR records in HRIS and ensure proper document control.
