Responsibilities

• Manage HR processes for assigned locations including onboarding, benefits, compensation and employee relations.
• Partner with leadership to execute talent strategy including recruiting, retention and succession planning.
• Provide guidance to HR staff on complex or sensitive issues; administer routine tasks with accommodations when needed.
• Oversee onboarding, training initiatives and employee development efforts.
