This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on HR guidance across multiple sites.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment, manage employee relations, coach managers on documentation and feedback, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience; HR Manager or HRBP experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and multi-site HR administration preferred.

• Partner with site leadership on talent strategy, workforce planning, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions and collaborate on hiring strategies.
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, complaints, and disciplinary actions.
• Administer performance management processes and coach managers on documentation and feedback.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and posting requirements.
• Lead benefits administration for sites, including enrollment support and vendor coordination.
