Northeast Residence Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Associate to support the HR and training team in Minnesota. The role covers onboarding, payroll/benefits, performance management, and recruitment across the White Bear Lake and Wayzata offices.

You will act as a primary contact for HR questions, manage HRIS data, and assist with employee engagement and compliance with wage and employment laws. The position requires confidentiality and strong organizational skills.

Formación

• Administrative or HR Assistant experience in a mid-sized organization.
• Experience using media platforms for recruitment and sourcing.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems including reporting and filing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Willingness to travel between office locations and flex work hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to HR and training team.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR questions via voicemail/email.
• Manage HRIS database, files, and archiving; ensure data integrity.
• Handle employment documents and SharePoint updates.
• Generate HR reports and presentations as needed.
• Support DEI initiatives and employee engagement programs.
• Assist in recruitment and candidate management, and set up interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding, payroll/benefits, performance processes.
