Job summary

Minnesota Diversified Industries is seeking an experienced HR Leader to partner with site leadership on talent strategy, recruitment, and employee relations. The role collaborates with managers to define competencies, administer performance management, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

The position also handles HRIS accuracy, benefits coordination, and cross-site HR process improvements, supporting a multi-site manufacturing environment in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with managing sensitive employee matters.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to implement HR strategy and talent planning.
• Provide guidance to managers on investigations, accommodations, terminations and other issues.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles and establish hiring strategies.
• Administer performance management processes and coach on documentation and feedback.
• Ensure HRIS accuracy and reporting for hires, changes and terminations.
• Support compensation and benefits administration in partnership with HR.
• Manage employee relations and investigations, including unemployment claims.
