You will manage recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and payroll while promoting a strong workforce culture.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, compliance, and communications to align HR practices with company goals and growth across multiple sites and remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and/or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience; dispersed workforce is helpful.
• High emotional intelligence, strong conflict resolution abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships and provide guidance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
