Responsibilities

• Directs employment activities, ensuring properly qualified employees are recruited and hired in a timely manner.
• Oversee HR programs through HR staff and administer welfare plans as required.
• Oversee payroll processing on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and maintain records for HR/Payroll.
