Qualifications

• Demonstrated HR leadership with deep knowledge of employment law and compliance.
• Experience advising senior leadership and handling complex employee relations matters.
• Proven ability to lead benefits administration, payroll-related tasks, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ownership on workforce planning, compensation, and people strategy.
• Advise leadership on investigations, discipline, and risk mitigation.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, job postings, and new hire processes.
• Administer FMLA/ADA, workers’ comp, unemployment, and OSHA reporting.
• Oversee benefits administration, open enrollment, renewals, and COBRA.
• Maintain HR policies, HRIS data, handbook updates, and payroll deductions.
• Analyze HR metrics to improve turnover, absenteeism, and employee relations.
