Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to collaborate with site leadership on talent strategy, recruiting, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and HR compliance across multiple sites in Minnesota. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting, manage employee relations, coach managers on PM processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Travel within Minnesota may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience; HR Manager or HRBP experience preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership on talent strategy, workforce planning, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions and collaborate with managers on competencies and hiring strategies.
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, complaints, policy violations, accommodations, corrective actions, terminations, and unemployment claims.
• Administer performance management processes and coach managers on documentation, feedback, and corrective action.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and requirements for postings, recordkeeping, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and documentation for new hires, employee changes, and terminations.
• Lead benefits administration for Repowered and Twin Cities sites, including enrollment support, employee education, life event changes, and coordination with enterprise HR and external vendors.
