Job summary

Minnesota Diversified Industries is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with site leadership on talent strategy and workforce planning. The role leads full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt staff and coaches managers on performance and documentation.

You will ensure HRIS accuracy, support compensation and benefits administration, and maintain compliance with federal/state laws. Occasional travel within Minnesota may be required; a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of progressive HR experience; HR Manager or HRBP experience preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred; strong knowledge of employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Partners with site leadership to execute organizational HR and talent strategy, including recruiting, retention and succession planning.
• Provides guidance to management on sensitive matters such as accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
