Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience or equivalent.
• Specialized training in employment law, compensation, employee relations, safety, and training preferred.
• Must communicate clearly orally and in writing.
• Must maintain confidentiality and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct salary and wage administration and performance appraisal programs.
• Oversee payroll processing on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Administer employment relations and HR policies to ensure union-free environment.
• Develop and supervise training programs and safety compliance.
• Coordinate HR staff and report to executives on HR issues.
